These programs incorporate yogic wisdom (using traditional philosophy. science and techniques of yoga), breath works, meditation and applied knowledge of modern psychology and neuroscience.
The workshops produce positive, measurable results in emotional & mental stress reduction, burnout, and performance challenges. The sessions help people to revisit their thought processes and their lifestyle so that they can reengineer themselves for a better way of living with motivational vision and aim.
